Just installed our first two Blackout EZ Window Covers yesterday, and we are impressed! Finally, a window darkening product that actually works! We have tried special light reducing window coverings, and heavy black cardboard that we cut to fit our bedroom windows, but there was always enough light coming in around the edges of those products to brighten the room and wake me up. The Blackout EZ Window Covers completely eliminated that problem. We had no difficulties with the installation, and we are thrilled with our purchase. Hi! I'd like to share my experience with Blackout EZ window covers. I have an arch window in the bedroom and could not sleep because of the neighborhood lights shining all night. I sent for a custom cover for the arch, and it came right on time, perfectly measured, with everything I needed to put up the cover. I am not at all handy, but this was easy even for me! The directions are completely clear, illustrated, and easy to follow, step by step. In literally 5 minutes, my arched window was covered up, and it looks nicely unobtrusive inside and out. This morning I woke up having had the first good night's sleep since buying this house! I cannot believe how good I feel. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Mr Stanley. Brilliant invention, great customer service, super company.

I bought the white on white and it looks nice and blends perfectly with my white walls. This product really keeps all the lights out for a good days sleep. I also noticed that it keeps the cold draft from the windows out too so it's nice to know that it is also saving me money on my gas bill.

IF YOUR A NIGHT SHIFTER YOU WILL LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!! I bought a single cover for one of my two bedroom windows and after installation i immediately had to buy another one too completely darken my room. Even with one window covered and the other messily covered with blankets i can feel the better, deeper sleep. Being a night stocker at a grocery store i need to feel well rested to last the night and this product is doing its job. The only downside on the product was that i cut too exactly and have small amount of light (barely visible) coming in but i find it helpful to still know if its day time outside.

We bought these blackouts for my daughter's nursery and they are fantastic! We live in Florida and I had been searching everywhere for a cost effective solution to keep her room dark for nap time and bed time. These were exactly what I was looking for and so easy to install. They are also super easy to take down whenever you don't need them. I recommend these to Moms everywhere as a must for any nursery and for anyone looking to darken a bedroom during the day.The company's customer service is also exceptional. We just had another baby and immediately ordered ez blackout shades for our son's nursery!

I love these; they are the best product out there by far. I have tried almost everything possible (Aluminum Foil, Plastic contractor Bags, Cardboard Boxes, etc.)To have my room free of sunlight and while most were merely a temporary yet ugly solution they still never resolved the main issue which was to block the sunlight. They either tore, sagged, caulk came undone, light came through corners of cardboard, and on and on. I then ran across these and figured what's the worst that can happen? Until I finally put them up and now I sleep with a totally blacked out room. This is very important for me since I work 12 hour shifts 7p-7a and sleep during the day, so blocking the sun is a must or I'll never get to sleep. These work so well that I am now seeing how poorly my lighting in my room is and I will get LED's to compensate, I am also going to purchase more of these for my man cave so I can watch all of my movies in total darkness without the sun casting light on my screen. My husband works in the medical field and often works at night. We tried to use sheets to cover the windows but it didn't make it fully dark and it looked tacky. I came across Blackout EZ Window Covers when browsing the internet for blackout options. After reading the reviews, I decided to try them. Installation was a little tricky due to my windows, but once I figured out how to get one up, it was easy to do the rest. We have achieved complete darkness and my husband gets the rest he needs. Also, all that can be seen from the outside looks like a white curtain. The only thing I would change is I would get the white/white instead of black/white. My blinds don't cover the black as much as I would like. Overall, I highly recommend these window covers.

I ordered the blackout window cover kit and it arrived in good condition and in a reasonable shipping time. I was somewhat wary of the product and shipping costs but once I began to mount the product on two 66' windows I was sure I had made a smart decision. Your design of the fastening using velcro tapes was an excellent idea. The tapes are easy to mount and the result, with the blackout sheets, is that absolutely all light is filtered out both anywhere on the blackout sheet and around the perimeter. The grid lines on the sheet were extremely helpful as well, especially as 66" is a long distance to cut by hand. Altogether an excellent product.

We greatly appreciate Tim’s efforts in putting a rush on this special order and getting it shipped timely to our vacation destination in Colorado. Everything turned out great, and we LOVE this product! The blackout shades were easy to put up and easy to take down. We will certainly be sharing the word about Blackout EZ, and also plan to order again in the near future for bedroom windows in our home.

This is the third house we've moved into, and we've ordered the Blackout EZ Window Covers at each house. This covering (like the others) was easy to install, and most importantly, works better than anything else we've tried. It blacks out all light. Great product! We've ordered the custom sizes in the past and they have also been just the right size and easy to install.

Hey just wanted to say blackout is working great! I can sleep in my own bed now because I work third shift and the sun was so bright coming in thru 3 windows I could not sleep in there! My wife and I put b/outez in and it is pitch black now! I'm really gettn a lot better sleep now. Worked third shift pretty much for 27 yrs now. Where were you from the start?! Lol Take care

I am absolutely thrilled with my Blackout EZ Window Covers. We actually spent a lot of money on custom blinds and we still got a large slit of bright light on either side. After nearly giving up, I stumbled across the Blackout EZ Window Covers. I am a nurse and recently took a night position, and these shades have truly saved me. If you want to truly blackout a window, then this is the product for you. Very easy to install, and fast shipping! Very happy with this purchase. As a day sleeper, I have tried several different ways to remedy this problem. Blackout EZ was the cure. Highly recommended!

I have found no better way to completely block light from leaking through my windows. Not even the slightest sliver of light is visible on the edges - it truly blocks 100% of the light. It was easy to install and way cheaper than other black out blinds I've tried. Also, it fits underneath my existing blinds so I forget they are even there. Love them. Thank you!

My husband works nights and we have tried everything to black out our windows so he could sleep thru the day, nothing worked. Then we found the BlackoutEz website and thought we would give it a try. Wow!! What a difference they made. We love this product. It totally blacks out our windows and no light is filtering thru. My husband is finally able to get the sleep he needs.
