I rarely leave reviews but because the customer service was so great I really want people to know. I got a shipping confirmation right away and received this product in just a couple of days. They are so quick to respond if you email them. And the actual product is perfect. I wanted to make my baby's room darker now that it gets super bright in there in the afternoon/early evening. This was so easy to install- I did it myself in minutes even with my little one right under my feet haha If you want to make a room dark, this will definitely do that for you! The reason why I love this particular product so much is that you can remove it so easily if you don't want it up. Already ordered another one!

I kept wondering why I couldn't sleep. It was because moonlight streams through my window. My room was so bright that I could walk around in the middle of the night and see perfectly. Not to mention, during the day, the sun would wake me up at 6:30. After much research, I purchased the window covers. I am so happy and I wish I would have discovered this fix sooner. This is a great product!

I was very skeptical and delayed in purchasing these and wish I hadn't! I was purchasing one for my infant daughters bedroom window so she sleeps well for daytime naps and she goes to bed before the sun goes down. When her door is shut the room is completely dark and its fabulous! I ordered 2 just to try one in the one window in my bedroom that the sun always faces and my room has actually stayed much cooler and it keeps the light out of course. Now I just need to measure the big window and order one for that. Very easy to put up, I don't say install because that sounds complicated and its definitely not. I actually didn't even cut them because I may move in the next year and I want to be able to take them with me, still works perfectly! I recommend these to everyone!!

I watched the install videos and it looked really easy. Then I went and looked at my windows. None of them have a nice easy frame like the windows in the video. They are windows that slide open sideways and they have almost no room on the sides of the frame to install the velcro. I was disappointed thinking your covers wouldn't work for my windows. I thought about it for a while and decided to give it a try by ordering bigger covers and using the wall for the velcro instead of the frame. They worked great! You can't see even a tiny bit of light through them! I highly recommend these window covers!! Eric Landon

Alright everybody this works forget all the other crap. When I seen everybody put 5 stars I was like, I don't know but this works just like the video. I went from 4 sheets on my window to block out the sun to none. Nice they have different colors to chose from. Finally I wish I knew about this 6 years ago but all I have to say is TIM STANLEY YOU THE MAN

I purchased the EZ blackout blk/wht (36×48) to use for the garage door windows. They're perfect! My garage door windows were small rectangle shape 15wx10h, and I was able to cut out 8 and use all of the roll without wasting any. The material is excellent (I'm glad that I don't have to use a spray paint). I came across this website by someone mentioning in a forum. Thank you EZ blackout for super fast shipping! I would definitely buy more in the future.

Wanted to let you folks know that I did receive my order VERY quickly!!! Thank you!!! I re-watched the wonderful video & dug in to installing. Boy, was I pleased!! I took the first one slow to make sure I made no mistakes, but the second, I had up inna flash!!! Just wanted folks to know, that I am an old Grandma, with bifocals and some issues with the coordination in my hands - and it still was easy to do!!!! These window coverings do exactly what they say--block out all the light. My bedroom is completely black with no light coming in around the edges. I bought a covering for both the windows in my bedroom and a custom sized one for my sliding glass door. They all fit perfectly! I would recommend these coverings to everyone who needs to sleep during the day or needs a completely back room for whatever reason. The price is a fourth of what I was quoted for other blackout shades that still would have had light around the edges. I am so thankful I found out about EZ Window Coverings.

Thank you for the great customer service. The how-to video on your website was great! I received them and installed them. They work great! Very very slight light around the edges of one of them (user error probably!), but with the blinds shut it is pitch black. My husband works nights, and we also have a streetlamp outside our bedroom window. I am so grateful and can't wait for my husband to see them for his birthday gift! Hi Tim, I just wanted to write you a quick note to say that I received my window covers about a week and a half ago (thanks for the fast shipping) and installed them straightaway. The installation was super easy and relatively quick and my room is now PITCH BLACK (save for a touch of light around one edge which is a problem with the way the window frame was installed and not with the covers, the vertical blinds block it out anyhow). I have gotten the best daytime sleep I have ever had since installing your window covers. I have done various types of shift work for the last 5 years and I have never slept this well or felt this good. I no longer feel off my game while at work which is very important in my profession. You have made a fantastic product and I have recommended it to any of my co-workers who mention troubles with sleep. Thank you again for such an outstanding product and outstanding customer service. I received the blackout yesterday and got it all up today. I am so excited and happy about the product. I have tried everything since 1987, when I started having migraine headaches, nothing really blocked the light. The headaches are gone but I like to take a nap during the day now. It was easy to put up and I can't believe how great it works. I took a picture with the bedroom door closed and open, in broad daylight. It is pitch black in there. Amazing !!!!!

I just wanted you to know what a lifesaver your product is to us. I bought my first blackout cover from your site two years ago when my twins were born to put in their nursery and it made all the difference in the world. I recently have moved them to their "big kid beds" in a different room with two windows and even though we have blackout drapes in the room, so much light escapes that the room is never dark enough. Couple that with them tugging on and opening the drapes and they are having a hard time falling asleep. I just put in my second order for more blackout covers and I know this will help alleviate our sleepless children problem. My only wish is that you had faster shipping options! Our 11-month-old little boy has always been a good night sleeper, but naps have been a challenge, since he doesn't want to miss out on the day-time fun. We tried a traditional roll-down blackout shade, but sunshine still gets into his room from the sides. So we tried the Blackout EZ window cover and it really works! It was easy to install (took my husband less than 20 minutes), and truly keeps out all of the sunlight. So, we just bought two more for our bedroom windows, since our room is East-facing. My husband works the graveyard shift at a correctional facility. A sometimes stressful job, to say the least, especially when he stresses about sleeping soundly day to day. We have tried numerous ways of blocking the light which always seems to filter in aroung edges and through several layers of thick fabrics. Asthetically, (I love interior design) our room is messy and unrestful simply due to the nature of these purely functional (or disfunctional) 'window treatments'. THANK YOU! Your product is a miracle and functions as well and as easily as advertised. The instructional video was right-on and very helpful. I am going to recommend this product to everyone I meet who suffers from 'graveyard-shift-syndrome'. We bought 3 small covers,though 1 large would have done the job, covering the top and using a white strip on the blackside of the cover along the bottom, then used another small and cut out for the air conditioner which is used practically year round but for a few months in winter (my husband is his own furnace!) and I will use the 3rd to cover the bottom when the A/C unit is removed. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I think you are a GENIOUS, and wish you a very successful entreprenurial career!!!! (I can't wait to decorate my 'new' bedroom!)
