I am a sleep technician and I have struggled to find any product that blocks out light. I have two large windows in my bedroom and I have tried shades, blinds, curtains, cardboard, blankets, and heavy-duty aluminum foil. None of them (or a combo of them) blocked ALL the light. I then got the Black-Out Window Cover and it changed everything. It blocks ALL the light (not part of it) and it looks nice! Best of all, you can't tell you are using it from the outside. I did find installation a bit of a hassle, but they installed within 15 minutes each. I have recommended this to all the techs and nurses I work with.
