AMAZING! I work night shift and sleep during the day. My room is darker than it would be during the night! I live inLas Vegas where it is sunny pretty much year round. I sleep like a baby now! I will be recommending these to all my coworkers that work night shift in the hospital with me. They were also super easy to install. I did it all by myself.
